Job Category: Caregiver/CNA/Med TechAvista Senior Living is expanding throughout the East Valley and is currently looking for CAREGIVERS/CNA's to join our team at our community in Payson, AZ.
LOOKING TO HIRE FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS:
- DAYS 6AM - 2PM, EVENINGS 2PM - 10PM
- NOC 10PM - 6AM
- DAYS 6AM - 10AM
- EVENINGS 4PM - 8PM

Duties and Responsibilities
- Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan
- Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alarms in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents. Promotes resident independence and self-care.
- Delivers care and services in accordance with individual service plan for all assigned residents.
- Maintains accurate and complete records of care delivered.
- Completes incident reports accurately and timely. Understands policies pertaining to safety and infection control and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses. Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Assist housekeeping and maintenance staff to keep the community and resident property clean.

QualificationsRequirements
- AZ Caregiver certification OR we will send you through the course to be certified
- Proven experience as a personal care assistant
- Committed to health & safety
