Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to join our Assisted Living team assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. This full-time or part-time second shift 2:30p-10:30p position that offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and a fun work environment with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing each day as a Caregiver:

• Assists patients with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives prompt and efficient assistance to nursing personnel in non-professional duties and care of residents under supervision of RN and LPN.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.

• Must be at least 17 years old. Prior geriatric care experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given. Good assessment skills
