Position: Caregiver - 1531Y

Starting Wage: $22.50/hour

Schedule Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm

Location: Tualatin, OR, 97062

The best way to support me is by following my routine and moving at my pace. I do best with caregivers who are patient, calm, and attentive to my sounds and cues, as this is how I communicate how I’m feeling. When I feel understood and respected, I am able to stay happy, engaged, and comfortable.

🌻 Who We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

🌻 What You’ll Do

• Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
• Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
• Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
• Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
