We are looking for proactive and professional Careers Information & Support Officers to become the face of our Careers Studio. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing vital front-line support, triaging enquiries, and ensuring our studios run smoothly every day.

What You Will Do

• Manage the Careers Studio: Run the day-to-day operations of our vibrant studio spaces, ensuring they are welcoming, organised, and fully operational.
• Support Students: Act as the first point of contact to welcome students, triage their enquiries, and signpost them to the right careers information and resources.
• Drive Operations & Marketing: Support the wider careers team by preparing promotional materials, updating digital displays, coordinating room setups, and assisting with event logistics.
• Enable Seamless Service: Provide essential front-line coverage so our Careers Consultants can focus on delivering impactful one-to-one appointments, workshops, and employer events.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor and replenish careers resources, guides, and promotional materials.
• Keep digital displays and noticeboards current, relevant, and engaging.
• Deliver high-quality administrative, logistical, and communications support across both campuses.
