The Careers Service plays a vital role in enhancing students’ employability and supporting students to achieve satisfying and rewarding futures. In everything we do, we aim to open students’ eyes to the wealth of possibilities ahead of them.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an outstanding, creative careers professional, capable of delivering professional, impartial careers education, information and guidance to undergraduates, postgraduates and recent graduates of the University, to enable them to make a successful transition to their chosen career path. To develop relationships and work collaboratively with academics and other university staff to develop and enhance the employability of our students and graduates, embedding career learning more closely in the academic experience. To contribute to Service delivery and projects to further support students’ career development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in contributing towards the University’s strategic theme of outstanding student experience.
This post will support delivery to students and graduates at scale and individually, with responsibility for developing strategy for work with and relationships in specific Academic School/s.
This is a full-time position however we are open to considering part-time (to 0.8FTE) or flexible working patterns.
