An ideal Armorous Armed Officer:
Holds a valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Firearm Permit
Maintains 40 hours of BSIS training certifications
Has all required equipment (firearm, duty belt, vest, baton/OC, handcuffs)
Demonstrates a commanding yet professional presence
Possesses excellent judgment and situational awareness
Has strong customer service and communication skills
Is dependable, proactive, and confident under pressure
Provide armed protection at assigned client sites
Deter and respond to security incidents or threats
Maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors
Communicate clearly with Armorous leadership and law enforcement when necessary
Complete detailed activity and incident reports
Represent Armorous with professionalism and integrity at all times
