About the Role

As a Career Specialist, you'll work with participants to identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

You'll:

• Build trusted relationships with participants
• Develop tailored employment and career plans
• Support participants to become job-ready
• Work collaboratively with employers and community stakeholders
• Help create positive, long-term employment outcomes

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Is passionate about helping people achieve their goals
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Is organised, resilient and solution-focused
• Has experience in employment services, disability, NDIS, community services or a related field
• Holds a current driver's licence
• Has, or is willing to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, and complete psychometric testing and a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process
