The Career Services and Student Success Coordinator provides day-to-day student support services, develops policies, procedures, budgets, and plans for implementing the educational support programs; provides support and assists with registrations; coordinates tutorial programs; coordinates ADA/504 compliance and support for disability students, provides career development programs by serving as the primary career development person across the three instructional divisions and works with current business and industry partners to coordinate and maintain information on career opportunities for students and the College. The Coordinator will also perform multiple career-development services to students, such as career counseling and assisting students with job search issues. The Coordinator will provide services to guide, advise, and support students through career planning, decision-making, and job search processes.
Salary: Appropriate placement on the Alabama Community College System Salary Schedule C3 (Salary range: $47,377 - $99,454 Annually)
