Longhorn TIES (Transition, Illuminate, Empower, Succeed) seeks to enhance the student experience for those who identify as neurodivergent (autism, ADHD, etc.) through self-advocacy, connections and training. Longhorn TIES encompasses TIESplus and drop-in neurodivergent student support services, NDatUT campus wide programming and events, presentations, trainings and more. Purpose
The Career Readiness Programming Graduate Student Assistant will support the development and execution of career readiness initiatives for undergraduate and graduate students engaged with Longhorn TIES. This role will provide individualized skill development support and contribute to the planning and implementation of campus-wide programs and events designed to enhance career preparedness for neurodivergent students. This position is for one academic year, from August 2026 to April/ May 2027, with the possibility of extending.
