We have eliminated the traditional barriers to entry in the insurance industry by providing a streamlined infrastructure for our team.
Warm Lead Distribution: We provide representatives with a consistent flow of warm leads. Candidates are not required to engage in cold calling or solicit business from friends and family.
This is a 100% commission-based position. We provide the platform for financial independence, allowing your compensation to be a direct reflection of your performance and dedication.
Comprehensive Licensing Support: For candidates not currently licensed, we provide full guidance, study resources, and administrative support to help you obtain your state-required insurance licenses.
We are actively recruiting individuals from three primary backgrounds:
Transition to a system where your time is spent advising clients rather than prospecting. We offer superior lead systems and a structured environment designed to maximize your closing ratio and eliminate the overhead of independent lead generation.
Leverage your existing customer service and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment. Consult with members to determine their specific benefit needs and financial goals.
Present and explain various insurance products and benefit packages clearly and professionally.
Manage client files and maintain high standards of administrative accuracy.
Participate in ongoing professional development and team training sessions.
