As part of our continued growth in Engineering supporting Radioligand Therapy (RLT), Novartis is planning to hire for multiple engineering roles across different technical domains and experience levels.

In this role, you will help translate complex engineering challenges into secure, scalable, and GMPcompliant solutions, ensuring that lifesaving RLT treatments reach patients safely, reliably, and on time.

KeyResponsibilities

• Architectanddeliverend to endengineering andautomationsolutionssupportingRadioligandTherapymanufacturing, siteoperations, andsupplychain

• Driveimprovementsin reliability,performance, and dataintegrityforhighlyregulated,patientcriticalRLTproductionenvironments

• LeadandcontributetotechnicalinitiativesthatderiskRLTmanufacturingprocesses,ensuringcontinuityofsupplyforpatients

• Ownassignedsystemsandapplications,includingimplementation,operation,maintenance,troubleshooting, andtraining,ensuringhighavailabilityin RLToperations

• Design,implement, andmaintainautomationsystemssupportingbothRLTprojectsandongoingsiteoperations

• Plan andexecutemaintenanceandcalibrationactivities,includingsparepartsmanagement, to supportuninterruptedRLTproduction

• Organizeandsuperviseproductionactivitiesin linewithlegalrequirements,internalstandards, and GMP/GxPregulations

• Support projectcontrolling,execution,commissioning, andcontractmanagementforRLT relatedinvestments

EssentialRequirements

• Universitydegreein Engineering,MechanicalEngineering,Automation, Project Management,oracomparablefield

• AdvancedproficiencyinEnglish;Dutchlanguageskillsareanadvantage

• Minimum 3yearsofrelevantexperiencein oneormoreofthefollowingareas

• Engineeringprojectmanagement

• Mechanicalorautomationengineering

• Computerizedsystemsanddigitalmanufacturing

• Pharmaceuticalorbiotechmanufacturing

• Experiencein GMP/GxPregulatedenvironmentsisstronglypreferred
