We are looking for an adaptable, highly organized professional who can seamlessly balance the needs of two toddlers (and a baby on the way!) while independently managing household routines. The family has two children, ages 4 and 2, with a new baby arriving in January. Their 4-year-old is incredibly bright, observant, funny, imaginative, and routine-oriented. Their 2-year-old is an energetic, physical, adventurous little boy who loves following his older sibling’s lead and is happiest staying on the move. With both children, creativity is key, and the family would love someone who can turn everyday routines, learning, and even cleanup into something fun and engaging. The ideal candidate is active, playful, patient, safety-conscious, and confident encouraging development through hands-on learning, naturally incorporating preschool concepts into daily life. Experience with Montessori-inspired learning or developmental activities is a wonderful bonus! The family practices calm redirection and patient communication to confidently navigate big toddler emotions. This family follows a holistic lifestyle centered around clean, whole foods and appreciates someone who can support their established routines. Beyond childcare, you will serve as an extra set of hands and eyes by staying ahead of laundry, tidying, dishes, organization, children’s meals, and household resets without needing direction. With a new baby arriving, familiarity with infant care, bottle washing, developmental milestones, and infant routines is important.
