We are seeking a qualified and motivated Career Guidance Officer to provide career counseling, employment support, and professional development guidance to beneficiaries. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group career guidance and counseling sessions. Assist beneficiaries in identifying career goals, skills, and employment opportunities. Support job seekers in preparing professional CVs, cover letters, and job applications. Conduct interview preparation sessions and provide job search guidance. Organize career development workshops, training sessions, and awareness activities. Identify suitable job opportunities and connect beneficiaries with potential employers. Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruitment agencies, and training institutions. Maintain accurate beneficiary records, databases, and documentation. Handle administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling, and reporting. Monitor beneficiaries' progress and prepare regular activity reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of career guidance services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in career guidance, career counseling, recruitment, or HR. Proven experience in CV writing, interview preparation, and job search assistance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to manage databases, maintain records, and prepare reports. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English. Previous experience working with NGOs or community development projects is an advantage. Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational values.
