Charles River Development

Charles River Development (CRD) is the FinTech division of State Street. Together with State Street’s Middle and Back-office services, Charles River’s cloud-based Front Office technology forms the foundation of the State Street Alpha® Platform, the first front-to-back solution in the industry.

CRD Engineering organization is innovating and transforming the platform by moving away from monolithic software to utilising next generation cloud-based technology that leverages Microsoft Azure, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.

Global Technology Services

Join our innovative IT teams to shape the future of finance! At Infoshare Technology Conference 2026 in Gdansk, we’re looking for passionate tech professionals to drive progress in key IT areas:

• Cybersecurity: Protect advanced financial systems with expertise in threat management and information security.
• Software Development: Build and improve applications using Java, full-stack development, and AI-driven automation.
• Data & AI: Work with data through engineering, AI/ML development, governance, and regulatory analytics.
• IT Transformation & Governance: Lead strategic projects, optimize processes, and ensure strong IT frameworks.
• Risk & Process Management: Achieve operational excellence with skills in technology risk, process engineering, and controls assurance.
• Platform & Operations: Strengthen our infrastructure through vulnerability management and security automation.

Charles River Development

• Software Development: Build and improve State Street Alpha® Platform using Java, full-stack development, and AI-driven automation. Roles from Junior to Senior.
• Database: Design, Develop, Optimize and Administrate State Street Alpha® Platform database. Roles from Junior to Senior.
• QA Engineer: Create comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements and functional specifications documents for product features of moderate complexity. Execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests. Roles from Junior to Senior.

Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office

Minimum Salary:​

zł182,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
