Position Objective:
The PACE ABAWD Career Counselor provides intake, assessment, and ongoing case management services to ABAWD Cash Assistance clients referred to the PACE program. This role ensures compliance with ABAWD work requirements through structured assignments such as community service, workshops, independent job search, education and training, and other approved work activities, while supporting clients toward employment and self-sufficiency.
ABAWD Career Counselors are responsible for timely assessments, accurate documentation, compliance monitoring, and engagement tracking using WISE and internal PACE systems. The role also includes job placement support, referrals to education and training opportunities, and daily timekeeping in accordance with HRA and PACE requirements.
