Business Summary

The role of Product Operations Analyst focuses on improving product health and enabling manufacturing efficiencies across the entire supply chain to support product availability and customer experience. This role offers broad exposure to how operational decisions connect manufacturing, supply, and business outcomes across a diverse product portfolio.

What You Will Gain From this Role

  • Build a strong understanding of TI’s manufacturing processes by partnering closely with manufacturing operations and gaining hands-on exposure to how products move through the lifecycle.
  • Expand business acumen by supporting a diverse product portfolio across dynamic markets such as Automotive, Industrial, and Data Center, with direct insight into how operational decisions shape business outcomes.
  • Strengthen critical skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and clear communication and presentationthrough high-impact, cross-functional work

Major Role Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Own product health by overseeing supply execution and ensuring manufacturing viability through disciplined product lifecycle management, ongoing monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Business Analytics: Analyze demand, supply and inventory trends to identify risks and opportunities, and translate these impacts into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with BU, Operations, and manufacturing teams to address supply gaps, support recovery plans, and enable successful product launches.
  • Process Improvement: Drive collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen processes and deliver long-term business impact.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
