As a Care Worker in Griffith, New South Wales, you will play a vital role in supporting the independence and wellbeing of clients in the aged care sector. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or related field.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or related.
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or relevant qualification.
• Experience in supporting client independence and wellbeing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the aged care sector.
• Adaptability to varied working hours.
• Strong empathy and compassion towards others.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
