Care Team Coordinator – Non-Medical Home Care


We are seeking an experienced Caregiver/CNA ready to take the next step into a Care Team Coordinator role. This position offers career growth, leadership opportunities, and administrative experience while continuing to support clients and caregivers.

Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee caregivers

  • Conduct caregiver check-ins and reviews

  • Assist with training and onboarding

  • Provide in-field caregiver support as needed

  • Help with caregiver hiring

  • Front desk and office tasks

  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

  • 1+ year caregiving or CNA experience is a must

  • Basic computer skills

  • Reliable insured vehicle & valid driver’s license

  • Willing to travel locally as needed

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Able to provide 2 professional references

Preferred (Not Required)

  • CNA certification

  • Scheduling, training, or admin experience
