The right support can change someone's day.
As a Care Support Worker, you'll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a residential setting. You'll get to know the people you support, understand what matters to them, and help them live their lives with as much choice and independence as possible.
It's practical work, but it's also about relationships. Sometimes you'll be helping with a daily routine or personal care. Other times, you'll be encouraging someone to get involved in an activity, supporting an appointment, or simply being there when they need someone they trust.
What you'll be doing
You'll receive a full induction and ongoing training, with opportunities to gain recognised qualifications and progress your career as you develop.
