Care Support Worker
Evesham
£13.03 to £13.18 per hour plus holiday pay
Full-time hours available
When people enjoy where they work, it shows.
At Noble Care, we measure employee feedback every year because we believe the best way to improve is to listen to the people who work here.
This year, our survey results showed improvements across all eight employee experience measures. Our Positive Workplace score increased by 21.7 percentage points, Recognition improved by 13.4 points, Job Satisfaction increased by 9.9 points, and our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) rose from +15 to +52.
For us, those figures matter because they reflect the everyday experiences of our employees.
We're currently looking for Care Workers to join our residential service in Evesham, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
What does the role involve?
No two days are exactly the same, but your focus will always be on supporting people to live as independently and confidently as possible.
You might be helping someone with their daily routine, supporting them to attend activities, encouraging them to develop new skills, or simply being a consistent and trusted presence in their day.
The role combines practical support with relationship-building, patience, and understanding.
What are we looking for?
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.
We're looking for people who are reliable, compassionate, and willing to learn. If you enjoy working with people and want a role where your contribution genuinely matters, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What can you expect in return?
• £13.03 to £13.18 per hour plus holiday pay
• Full induction and ongoing training
• Opportunities to gain recognised qualifications
• Career development and progression opportunities
• Employee wellbeing support
• Staff benefits and discount schemes
• A supportive team environment
The quality of care we provide depends on the quality of the people who deliver it. That's why we continue to invest in our teams, listen to employee feedback, and create opportunities for people to grow.
If you're looking for a role with purpose, stability, and the opportunity to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
