What you will do:
Provide personalised care and support with daily routines, including personal care and mobility where required
Encourage independence and participation in activities at home and in the community
Support residents with emotional wellbeing and social engagement
Maintain a safe, positive and respectful environment
Complete accurate records and contribute to effective team handovers
