The Duty Supervisor plays a vital role in the effective day-to-day operations at our Ashmore care home across Monday, Saturday and Sunday PM shifts. The key focus is working collaboratively with all Heads of Department and their staff to ensure operational excellence and customer service across each shift. Internally this role is called Care and Services Manager. As a member of the leadership team, this role will oversee teams in a variety of departments across the home to meet the operational expectations set by the General Manager. The ideal candidate comes from an operations background with a high level of customer service focus. While aged care experience is not essential, we are seeking a background in operational management or team leadership from any industry. This role is ideal for operational leaders with a background in hospitality from a 5-star hotel level and/or pub/venue management approach. Your standards set the tone for customer enjoyment, reputation and operational excellence.
