We’re seeking two passionate and experienced Care Partners to join our Community Aged Care team.
You’ll play a vital role in coordinating and managing high-quality, customer focused care that supports older South Australians to live independently, safely, and with dignity at home. This role would suit someone with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a background in Nursing, Allied Health or Community Services looking to apply their knowledge in a community-based setting.
