Who We Are
Empowered Services provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our work is built around strong relationships, reliable communication, and helping customers receive quality support in their homes and communities.
We are looking for leaders who care about people, take ownership, solve problems, and want to help build strong local teams that customers, providers, and community partners can depend on.
We’re hiring a Care Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations within an assigned county or county area.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting Care Coordinators, overseeing the county DSP workforce, maintaining strong customer services, and ensuring referrals move successfully from intake and matching into stable service.
You’ll also help grow your county by understanding local service gaps, developing relationships with community partners, monitoring staffing capacity, and using operational data to determine where the team needs to focus next.
This role is a strong fit for someone with experience in care coordination, IDD services, human services, workforce coordination, customer service, or team leadership who is ready to take ownership of a larger operation.

Why Empowered Services?
The Care Manager role is an opportunity to do more than manage a caseload or supervise a team. You’ll take ownership of a local operation and help shape how Empowered Services serves an entire community.
You’ll develop employees, strengthen customer services, build community partnerships, solve real service gaps, and help your county grow in a way that remains reliable for the people we support.
Empowered Services is an equal opportunity and fair chance employer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, marital status, age, or any other protected class. Empowered Services is an Oregon provider supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across the state through person-centered, one-on-one support.
We believe exceptional support starts with exceptional relationships. That means taking the time to understand each person’s goals, preferences, communication style, routines, and support needs—and thoughtfully matching them with Direct Support Professionals who can help them thrive.
Our DSPs are more than caregivers. They are mentors, advocates, teachers, and community partners who help individuals build independence, strengthen life skills, pursue meaningful goals, and stay connected to the people and communities that matter to them.
Behind every match is a care team committed to communication, follow-through, and continued support for individuals, families, DSPs, caseworkers, and community partners.
Our work is grounded in six core values:
**Integrity • Empathy • Synergy • Community • Advocacy • Legacy**
Together, these values guide how we serve, how we lead, and how we build relationships that last.
**Empowering people with I/DD to thrive through exceptional care relationships.**
