As a Care for Customer Specialist, your core responsibility is sales, relationship building, and business growth. You will conduct in‑depth reviews of each customer’s business and banking needs, focusing on identifying opportunities to strengthen the partnership and position ANZ as their main financial institution. A major part of the role includes opening business accounts for both new‑to‑bank and existing customers to support their ongoing transactional needs. You will also be responsible for timely actioning of leads and customer requests to action and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will also drive customer activation and engagement through quality onboarding conversations and timely 12-month check‑ins. By uncovering cross‑sell opportunities and educating customers on ANZ’s business and digital solutions, you will build confidence, deepen relationships, and win more of the customer’s business.
