This management position plans, directs, and supervises integrated care coordination in alignment with behavioral health redesign, collaborating with internal and external providers. The role oversees assigned staff, ensures compliance with agency and state requirements, and provides direct client services as needed.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
Hire, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and schedule assigned staff in accordance with licensure and agency policy
Oversee clinical operations, treatment planning, care coordination, documentation, and service delivery
Monitor productivity, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance (OMAS, Joint Commission), and program budgets
Develop, evaluate, and improve program policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives
Provide direct care coordination, case management, and nursing services within scope of practice as needed
Maintain communication with physicians, referral sources, community partners, and agency leadership
Ensure staff training, licensure compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical guidelines
