  • Maintain a courteous, professional, and helpful demeanor with patients, visitors, employees, medical staff members, and all individuals encountered while representing University Health.

  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable statutes, regulations, guidelines, and standards necessary to perform job duties in accordance with the Corporate Compliance Plan, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Policies and Procedures. Participate in required compliance activities and training.

  • Adapt to change, accept new assignments, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and patient experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  • Must possess computer keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

  • Must be able to read and speak the English language.

  • Strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

This is more than a scheduling and support position. It is an opportunity to be a trusted resource for patients and help make healthcare easier to navigate. Every interaction is a chance to create a positive experience, build meaningful connections, and help patients feel confident and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.
