You will serve as the heartbeat of our client operations—managing daily schedules, building strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and ensuring reliable care is delivered on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain daily caregiver and client schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and field staff.
• Track visits and verify information using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.
• Address and resolve scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent care needs quickly.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically in both English and Spanish.

• Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required)
