Position Type: Full TimeGlenwood is a private nonprofit organization with a continuum of care for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and children with behavioral health disorders. We are seeking a Care Coordinator to support the children and adults in our Dually Diagnosed Program. The dually diagnosed program is comprehensive and tailored for individuals confronting the unique challenges of a dual diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) alongside mental health conditions (MI).
