We are currently recruiting Female Care Assistants to support people in their own homes. Whether you're looking for morning shifts, evening work, or a combination of both, we offer flexible hours and full support to help you succeed.
• Earn £14.80 – £16.59 per hour on weekdays (including holiday pay)
• Earn £15.30 – £17.15 per hour on weekends (including holiday pay)
• Paid induction training and shadowing programme (£230)
• Mileage paid at £0.35 per mile

As a Care Assistant, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:
• Providing personal care and medication assistance
• Preparing meals and helping with light household duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with appointments, shopping, and community activities
• Travelling between clients' homes across the Gosport area
• A kind, compassionate, and dependable attitude
• Availability for morning, evening, or split shifts
• At least 25 hours of availability per week
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• The right to work in the UK (please note sponsorship is not available)
• Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential as full training is provided
