Looking for a career where you can genuinely change lives?
At M&D Care, we are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our family oriented organisation, and join Residential Services across South Wales. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within a supportive residential home environment.
This is not just a care job. It is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and help people live the life they choose. Whether you are supporting someone to learn a new skill, access their local community, enjoy their favourite activities, or achieve a personal goal, you will play an important role in making everyday count.
Whether you already work in care, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused role, we would love to hear from you. We recruit based on values, attitude, and potential. We can teach the rest.
What Makes This Role Rewarding?
Every achievement matters. Whether it is supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, learn a new life skill, reconnect with family, or simply enjoy a great day out, you will help those in our care to achieve outcomes that genuinely improve their quality of life.
Why Join M&D Care? We invest in our people and offer:

No two people are the same, and that is what makes this role so rewarding.
We Are Looking for Candidates Who Are:

Desirable- not essential
You do not need previous care experience to join our team. We are looking for caring, motivated individuals with the right values and a genuine desire to make a difference. Through our comprehensive training and ongoing support, we will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the role.
Build a Career, Not Just a Job
Many of our managers started their careers as Support Workers.
Whether your ambition is to become a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager, we will provide the training, guidance, and opportunities to help you achieve your goals.
