Right at Home Havant & Petersfield is a top-quality, local homecare provider supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and caring people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants.

What we need from you

• Must have UK right to work
• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Have or be willing to obtain vehicle business insurance (class 1)
• Be able to offer availability to fit around our care calls. Morning shifts start at 7am till 2, evenings from 4pm till 10pm. We require all our Care Assistants to be available to work alternate weekends

What will you receive

• Top rates of pay from £14.25 - £15.75 p/hour
• Time and half on Bank Holidays and double time on Christmas Day

We are based in Havant and include Hayling Island, Emsworth, Rowlands Castle, Waterlooville, Bedhampton and Clanfield, so preferably you are local to these areas.

Your duties will include

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you.

However, if you do not have experience, we provide fully paid training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply. We have carers who have come from all walks of life including retail, customer service, hairdressers, receptionist, administrators, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
