Join Mission Australia's Residential Aged Care team and play an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.
As a Care and Wellness Assistant at Benjamin Short Grove in Orange, you'll play an important role in supporting residents' health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life. Working closely with nursing and care teams, you'll provide personal care, medication assistance, wellbeing support and meaningful day-to-day engagement that helps residents feel safe, respected and connected.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about aged care and enjoys building genuine relationships with residents. You'll be part of a supportive team that values compassion, dignity and holistic care while helping residents live as independently and meaningfully as possible. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor and support colleagues while contributing to a positive team environment.
We currently have shifts available across a 24/7 rotating roster, including 6:30 am - 2:36 pm, 10 am – 6 pm, 2:30 pm - 10:36 pm and 10:30 pm - 6:36 am, offering flexibility, variety and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in aged care.
