YOUR ROLE
As the Care Advisor for CareScout Services, you will play a critical role in the execution of CareScout Services strategic initiatives and external-facing activities. This role is focused on creating meaningful, empathetic connections with families looking for care, understanding their unique needs and helping them find the best solutions for their situation. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a high-impact, mission-critical team while assuming additional responsibilities to expand knowledge and skills.

Additional Information:
The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $50,100 up to the maximum of $92,200 . In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 5% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
