PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Care Administrator shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators’ calling, values, and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position primarily supports the Director(s) of Care, Director of Pastoral Care, Director of Care Initiatives, and Director of Crisis Care, but also provides administrative support to the members of the Care Team.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators. Willing to commit to the Relational Covenant.
Experience: This role requires strong organization & time management skills. At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Navigators experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge & Skills: Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software, work with IT in the use and implementation of AI agents, etc..
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation Range: $19.27 -$ 30.15
Location: Hybrid. Must be in the Colorado Springs, CO area. Must be willing to travel approximately 8-10 times a year.
