You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports global payment operations located in Mumbai India. The role offers opportunities to contribute to process enhancements and play a key role in safeguarding client transactions.
• Excellent communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, banking partners, and branch leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, card operations, payments, and/or back-office processing within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching/mentoring peers, leading workstreams, and driving accountability for timelines and outcomes.
• Strong risk and controls mindset with experience identifying operational risk, documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions under pressure, and escalate issues appropriately with clear recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of card systems and transaction processing, including reconciliations, exception handling, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives (e.g., standardization, automation, KPI reporting) to improve quality, reduce risk, and enhance client/branch experience.
• Ability to work independently while providing day-to-day guidance and support to the broader team.
