- Days, Nights, Weekends
• Patient Population: Vascular patients requiring neuro checks & post CV surgery patients
• Patient Volume: 8-12
• Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes (day shift), by phone (night shift)
• APPs in Practice: 3
• Required Procedures/Skills:
- Thoracentesis
- Placement of Central Venous & Dialysis Catheters, placement of A-Lines & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps.
- Chest Tube Insertions
- May assist with CV surgery consults on weekend shifts
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Will be working autonomously
- Intensivists available 24/7
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active MI License
• BC (AANP or NCPA)
• BLS, ACLS (AHA)
• Min 3 yrs of experience
• Acute Care trained and certified
