職務概要

Cardiovascular（心疾患）領域において、担当エリアの売上・目標達成に責任を持ち、他競合品情報も含む心疾患領域 全般の知識を有し、担当する高市場施設での新薬上市を成功させることにより、関連する周辺エリアへの波及効果により売上げ目標を継続的に達成するために、顧客ニーズに基づいた高度な情報提供および提案活動を主体的に推進する。

Patient Centricな行動を体現し、チームや関係部署と連携しながら成果創出をリードする。

主な職務内容

• Cardiovascular領域製品の売上最大化に向けたアクションプランの立案・実行
• 疾患・治療ガイドライン・競合環境を踏まえた戦略的情報提供
• 担当顧客との中長期的な信頼関係構築
• 医療提供体制・市場環境を踏まえた機会・課題の特定、ならびに地域のエリア戦略の策定・実行
• 適正使用の推進および安全性情報の収集・副作用マネジメント提案
• マネジメントへのタイムリーな情報提供
• 高い倫理観とコンプライアンス遵守
  

必須条件

• MR認定試験合格者
• Cardiovascular領域または関連領域での病院MR経験（目安：2年以上）
• 医学論文（英語含む）を理解し、顧客と議論できる能力
• 潜在的ニーズを掘り起こし、付加価値の高い情報提供を行うことができる
• ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力を有する
• スキル向上や新しい概念に前向きに取り組む意欲
• 自律的に課題設定・実行ができるスキル
• 高い問題解決力・論理的思考力
• MRとして高い倫理観・コンプライアンス意識
