DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide weekend coverage from Friday 5pm to Monday 7am (24-hour call)

  • Handle urgent cardiac surgical cases from the cath lab

  • Perform vein harvesting procedures

  • Round on patients and manage post-operative care

  • Consult with surgeon backup as needed
