Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Base Compensation- $550,000-$600,000
Bonus – Negotiable.
St. Clare’s Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join an established and expanding regional cardiovascular program across multiple Northern New Jersey campuses within Prime Healthcare. This position offers the opportunity to practice a balanced mix of cardiac and thoracic surgery with access to advanced surgical technology, including the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical platform.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in both cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures, with robotic and minimally invasive surgical skills preferred. The incoming physician will serve as a valued member of the cardiothoracic surgery team and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary cardiovascular specialists throughout the system.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $550,000 to $600,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
