Your new role
This position provides field leadership, coaching, mentoring and management for the Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and develops and implements field-based strategies consistent with the overall Medical Affairs Strategy and strategic imperatives.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong focus on self-development and leadership while effectively communicating the value of field medical activities to stakeholders; they must possess a take-charge attitude, work autonomously, and navigate rapidly changing market dynamics. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled at establishing and strengthening relationships with customers, enhancing Novo Nordisk’s image through effective communication and negotiation skills.
