At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first. We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.
Obesity is a chronic disease affecting a significant portion of the population around the world, yet disease state awareness, access to information about options for appropriate care, and reimbursement pathways all remain limited. As a result, a growing number of patients are searching for private-market and digital providers for information and long-term weight management support. Lilly seeks to play an important role in addressing this challenge by building new partnership models—across telehealth, private care networks, pharmacies, employers, and insurers—to help more people access disease state education and other valuable resources to navigate care options.
Reporting to the Cardiometabolic Health (CMH) Business Unit Leader, you will strategically own and grow Lilly Switzerland’s CMH business-to-business (B2B) and Disease State Education (DSE) agenda—designing and launching value-based, compliant partnerships that expand patient resources within the private and digital healthcare ecosystem. This is a build-and-scale role: you will create new business models, develop executive-level relationships with potential partners, secure B2B partnerships, and drive measurable commercial and access outcomes in a top-priority growth area, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.
