Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage new cardiology patients in inpatient setting.

  • Perform follow-up visits for existing patients.

  • Conduct rounding on assigned patients.

  • Document patient encounters and progress notes.

  • Coordinate discharge planning and care transitions.
