Village Heart & Vein, a proud partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our growing cardiovascular team in the Leesburg, Florida area. This position offers a dynamic blend of inpatient and outpatient cardiology care with the flexibility to choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week — all within a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on high-quality patient care and provider support.

Role Highlights

• Provide cardiology care across both clinic and hospital settings in the Leesburg area
• Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Participate in hospital rounding, consults, follow-up visits, and outpatient management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, adjust medications, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff in a team-oriented setting
• Strong clinical support with established workflows and patient volume

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• Cardiology experience preferred, but motivated providers with relevant clinical background are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient-centered cardiovascular care
• Ability to work collaboratively in both clinic and hospital environments
