
Cardiologist – Southern California (Riverside / San Bernardino)
HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization serving the Inland Empire region (Riverside and San Bernardino counties) — one of California’s most underserved and fastest-growing cardiology markets.
Compensation
$380,000 – $475,000 annually, based on experience, subspecialty training, patient volume, productivity, and schedule structure. Performance-based incentives available.
This role focuses on outpatient cardiovascular care, including clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and longitudinal management of cardiac conditions. The organization offers access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and coordinated specialty care.

Ideal Candidate Profile
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
