SLH-Sutter Lakeside HospitalSutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our dynamic care team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent compensation and benefits. There is also opportunity for sign on and relocation assistance.

Sutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered care team. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality cardiology in a supportive community hospital setting, with competitive compensation, benefits, and available sign-on and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care
  • Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions
  • Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac testing, including EKGs, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory monitoring
  • Provide cardiology consultations for hospitalized patients
  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialty teams
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
  • Participate in shared call coverage as assigned

Qualifications

Education

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited internship and residency program

Experience

  • Five (5) years of recent, relevant clinical experience preferred

Certification & Licensure

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
  • Eligible for California medical licensure
  • DEA registration
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Additional certifications (PALS, NRP) as required by department policy

Pay Range is $241.54 to $361.54 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
