Cardiologist – New York Metro Area

HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. The group has a strong community presence, consistently high patient volume, and a robust internal referral network. This opportunity is ideal for a Cardiologist seeking a stable, outpatient-focused practice with strong clinical and administrative support.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• $400,000+ annual base compensation

• Performance-based bonus incentives

Compensation is negotiable and structured based on years of experience, subspecialty focus, patient volume, productivity, and schedule preferences.

The Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in an outpatient clinical setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of cardiovascular conditions. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available. Procedural care is coordinated based on training and patient needs.

This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and established operational infrastructure.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

• Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration (or eligibility)

• Patient-centered, collaborative approach to care

• Interest in long-term stability and practice growth

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT

• High-volume, outpatient-focused clinical settings
