Day Shift
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse plans and provides professional nursing care to the Cardiac Rehab participant from referral to discharge. He/she coordinates the care and education of participant and family with the other members of the Cardiac Rehabilitation team, and collaborates with the attending physician and/or Cardiologist. The Cardiac Rehabilitation RN is responsible for the patients and the ongoing operation of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase II and IV programs at MercyOne Newton.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION RN from accredited school of nursing. B.S. degree in nursing or related field preferred. Certification in Cardiac Rehabilitation is ideal.
EXPERIENCE At least 1 year in nursing preferred.
LICENSURE Current license as a Registered Nurse from the State of Iowa required.
