Job Description

Position: Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac anesthesia and critical care, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing cardiac procedures, including open-heart surgery, angioplasty, and other interventional procedures

- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort

- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan for each patient

- Administer medications and other treatments as necessary during and after procedures

- Manage patients' pain levels and provide post-operative pain management

- Monitor patients in the ICU, including assessing vital signs, administering medications, and providing other critical care interventions

- Communicate with patients and their families regarding their care and answer any questions or concerns they may have

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in cardiac anesthesia and critical care and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited university

- Completion of a residency program in anesthesiology

- Fellowship training in cardiac anesthesia and/or critical care preferred

- Board certification in anesthesiology and/or critical care

- Valid medical license to practice in Home country

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and critical care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
