Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in providing anesthesia and perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiac and major cardiothoracic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for cardiac and cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer and monitor general and regional anesthesia as clinically appropriate.
• Manage high-risk cardiac patients throughout the perioperative period.
• Provide anesthesia for procedures such as CABG, valve surgery, and other major cardiac interventions.
• Monitor hemodynamic and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Manage complex intraoperative and postoperative emergencies.
• Provide perioperative care for patients in cardiac and cardiothoracic intensive care settings.
• Work closely with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/DA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Anesthesiology.
• Additional fellowship or advanced training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong experience in cardiac and cardiothoracic anesthesia.
• Excellent clinical judgment and crisis-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
